Compre la impresora para que se conecte a Wi-Fi y no es posible, NO TIENE wi-fi a pesar que dice que si, es un fraude total, toner tampoco cumple con la cantidad de paguinas que promete imrimi unas 200 pag a color en 1 año de uso y amarillo ya esta a 40 %.Despues de usarla para imprimir un par de cartas en 1 mes la prendi para imprimir y la pantalla tactil se apago , espere casi 1 mes para reemplazo de pieza dañadaimpresion es deficiente y cuando se imprimen varias paginas impresion se ve opaca.paginas de vinilo laser imprimible no sale la impresion de calidad cuando no se traban. en pocas palabras es la peor impresora que he tenido, las deberian regalar en vez de vender tan caro

Has all the new gadgets and speed. Would have given it a 5 but the contrast between keyboard and keys makes it hard to see numbers and letters because of glare. Not a deal killer though.

I had to run out at 10:30 pm to get a usb printer cable because one did not come in the box.....unacceptable for the cost of this printer

The double sided scanning and printing are really cool; fast and simple. The problem is the cost of the ink cartridges! The printer cost $800+tax, but one set of cartridges cost $400+. After two sets of cartridges you've paid for the printer. And, you can only use HP's cartridges. Any other claims by sideline suppliers are blatantly false. Caveat Emptor!

Stop do not buy this! Although it say there is Bluetooth and WIFI connection there is NOT! It requires a $70 adapter and even then its just wifi and no bluetooth. Its not a clean setup. Unless you are going to plug this into a wired ethernet port DO NOT BUY THIS. What a complete total waste of time and money. Called HP was transferred 6 times and hung up on twice. Amazon page says Connectivity Technology Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, Ethernet, NFC ITS NOT TRUE.
