Over packaged, but that is better than badly packaged. Zeros instructions on installation (biggest negative). Its relatively simple to figure it out but some would struggle getting the part that attaches to phone properly installed without breaking plastic parts. Wife did not think she would like it, but now she is a big fan. Slightly lower installation point would help remove the phone from outside view. But I understand that is a balancing act in attempt not to obstruct display panel. Some people might not like that aspect of it and would prefer a vent mounting option. But the phone and be twisted and turned to reduce that problem if necessary. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. If I had another Lexus, I'd buy another.

I have a 2025 Lexus RX350h, and really liked how it fit the infotainment system perfectly, instead of sticking out like a sore thumb. However, I did return it because when I put my phone on the MagSafe holder, it blocked much of the left side of the screen, with no way around it.
