Honestly, been using this stuff for 3 weeks now. It smells like Vicks. Strong smell. Can’t say it has helped with going to bed and breathing or relaxing easier.I do like the size of the bottle you get for the price. Overall, I do not plan to buy again. Just not for me.

I have a small tray in my humidifier. I call it the scent tray! I put this oil in it and I immediately smell it in the mist coming from the humidifier. I use this at night while I’m sleeping because I’ve been sick and nose was stuffy. It’s helping to open up my nasal passages/sinuses. I love this!

This blend smells clean and refreshing — perfect when I’m stuffy or need to clear my sinuses. I add a few drops to my diffuser at night and it really helps me breathe easier. You can smell the eucalyptus and peppermint right away. Excellent quality oil.

I have used DoTerra brand Breathe essential oil blend in the past, but found it too expensive to continue . I’m very happy to have found this one at a much more affordable price, it’s a great product
