I'm still in the midst of trying to get the TV working, a month after buying. The TV arrived not working. It doesn't power on (comes on for a fraction of a second, then shuts down, with the power light blinking an error code). The seller has been fine, but LG has been awful. I spent hours over 2-3 days with them during which they required pictures, videos of the problem, then originally told me I didn't qualify for warranty support (because, get this: the protective plastic cover sheet was still on the screen), then reversed course (after I sent more pictures with that protective sheet removed), then several days after I had worked out everything with the repair person they assigned, he showed me that LG cancelled his order for the replacement parts he needed to fix... On following up with LG, their cancellation seems to relate to either the cost of the replacement part (whole new screen) or the time that it took, which was due to their own internal delays!Worst experience I've ever had with a new major appliance or item. LG seems actively hostile to me as a customer. These are not just oops, someone made a mistake. Either explanation demonstrates a fundamental support policy problem.As of this writing, a month after ordering and more than two weeks after receiving, I still don't have a working TV. I may update this review in the future to make it better or worse depending on the final outcome, but whatever happens, there is no excusing LG's abysmal customer service. Giving 2 stars even now instead of just 1 because I fully expect when all is done, I will have an excellent TV, one of the absolute best. But I may never buy LG again -- I understand manufacturing defects occur and anyone can get unlucky with a single bad item, but bad customer service demonstrates poor management across the board and lack of concern for customers. Inexcusable, LG.

Exactly as advertised.I moved up from a 2018 65" LG TV to this one. This is definitely better, but not in a "wow" way.It has a high quality picture, excellent color depth, decent sound, and plenty of apps. Standard default interface (a bottom row of available app icons, cable options, LG channels, etc., with a some channel content display above)Relatively light at around 60 - 65 lbs, it is easily wall mountable.Probably hard to tell a lot of difference between this TV and other competitors in the OLED field. E.g., this is one of several on CR's recommended list.At $2,000, the price is competitive with other brands. No doubt the price will decrease over time.
