This backpack is of very high quality and looks great. It is truly shocking what you can fit in this thing ... I could easily take a week long trip with just this. It's comfortable to carry as long as y ou are mindful of how much you are shoving in it ... it holds enough to end up pretty heavy. It is, however, GIANT. pay attention to the dimensions. This is sized to be a carry-on, not a personal item, for airline travel. So, if you turn up with a roller bag AND this thing, you very well might get turned away. It's not going all the way under any seat. Having said that, I did just get away with exactly that ...carried this and my matching Motherlode roller board bag (which is pretty much exactly the same size as this backpack, minus the handles and wheels) and I got away with it. I was prepared to have to gate check tho as it is clearly oversized for a "personal item". But, it's an amazing pack ov great design and capacity ... just much bigger than I expected.

I love the bag, is just the right size for me and you can fit a lot of things. I do wish the strap to place on the carry in was higher… where it is the back tends to lean forward and is just weird. I’ll have to buy a luggage belt or something to secure it higher for when I am walking with the bad on the luggage

A great backpack for travel with lots of pockets and storage. I had an original Motherlode Jr (from ebags) and had to retire it. The Samsonite version is missing one additional ziipper pocket in the front section and a detachable bag in the main compartment that was in the original. It is still a great choice for 3-5 days of travel.

Perfect carry on bag! Fits a whole ton of stuff. I was worried they were going to make me check it in since it did look kinda big on me but they didnt even say anything! Moved across the country and everything i had fit in my carryon! I do recommend it!

When my trusty carry on duffel started to fray, I purchased this as the eventual replacement. Haven't worn a backpack in years but the straps didn't irritate my shoulders. It slides nicely onto the handle of a roller suitcase. I traditionally use Samsonite products and this one did not disappoint.
