I cannot give a fair review because after 4 days of back and forth with customer service we could not get the laptop to connect to wifi internet. My other laptops worked fine with my wifi, but not this one. Had to return it. I did get a prompt full refund.

This shouldn't be advertised as a gaming computer. The graphics rendering was far slower and noticably lower quality than my 12 year old MacBook Pro.

This thing is a pile of junk. It has a problem staying connected to the internet or getting a bad connection even with an extender. Half the time the track pad doesn’t work.

The media could not be loaded. This laptop surpassed my expectations, demonstrating quality features such as a 16:10 FHD display, loud speakers, a number pad which I rarely see anymore, and enough power to comfortably get my work done and play light games without issue. Setting it up was relatively simple, and after it downloaded all its updates, it could handle many of the tasks I needed to get done, all without the fan getting loud or the battery life being diminished. The charger is very lightweight and the laptop itself, while large, also feels very lightweight and portable, making it easy to take with me on road trips for movies and working while away from home

This is what a premium laptop should feel like. The mouse feel like everyone's favorite brand of laptop. The screen is high quality and playback is high definition. It starts up fast and transfers movies pictures quick too. This is a great home computer that my household can use.
