I’ve never used a meat grinder so I am unable to make a comparison to other products. I researched grinders in this price point for a while and all of them had very similar positive and negative reviews. I decided on the Aobosi in part for the accessory storage, but mainly for sausage stuffing accessories.At first inspection I really wasn’t sure what to expect. The auger, plates, grinder head, and food tray do not look to be high quality. The blades do seem to be pretty well made though. The assembly was pretty easy for the most part. The direction of the blade and instructions for “making sausage” aren’t the clearest. Again I’ve never used a grinder before so there may be some inexperience at play.Now to the operation. I feel like I put the machine through a pretty good test. I ground 16 pounds of meat for sausage, a combination of beef, pork shoulder, and bacon. The manual recommends to grind fatless meat yet it comes with sausage attachments. I ground the meat using the coarse grinding plate for first grind. I then mixed in my ingredients for sausage and sent it through to fill casings. Based on the instructions I assembled using grinding blade and chose the medium grinding plate. I had finely diced up different peppers to make a spicier sausage. Upon disassembly and cleaning I noticed that a large portion of the peppers were stuck inside of the grinder head around the auger. It seems like there is a little too much space between the auger fin and housing. I used it well past the recommended 10 minutes at a time and it seemed to perform well and handled the essentially 30+ pounds of meat I pushed through it. Occasionally the machine felt a little warm to touch and had a slight heated electronic smell but it never shut off or over heated.Cleanup is very easy and instructions are very clear to not use dish washer.Finally the reason I am giving 4 stars are for a few reasons. The components mentioned earlier are not the highest quantity, however, for the price point I’m assuming it’s in line and they seem good enough for home use. The storage for accessories is very disappointing. Is only for a few components so I have to find storage for the rest. Sausage stuffing does not seem to be a strong suit for this machine so might be looking at something to just do that. Finally and a big reason for not giving 5 stars. The machine slides around on the counter way to easily during operation. Even when pushing food down the chute it wants to slide around.

The media could not be loaded. Ich bin mit dem AAOBOSI Fleischwolf absolut zufrieden. Das Gerät ist sehr leistungsstark, läuft ruhig und verarbeitet auch größere Mengen Fleisch problemlos. Das Hackfleisch wird gleichmäßig und sauber durchgedreht, ohne dass etwas hängen bleibt.Besonders gefallen mir die Edelstahl-Schneidplatten, die Rücklauffunktion (sehr praktisch bei Sehnen) und das umfangreiche Zubehör für Wurst und Kubbe. Alles wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet und stabil. Die Reinigung geht schnell, da sich die Teile leicht zerlegen lassen.Auch optisch macht der Fleischwolf in Edelstahl einen sehr guten Eindruck. Für diesen Preis habe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht so eine starke und zuverlässige Leistung erwartet.Klare Kaufempfehlung – ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen!

ZERO STARS — THE WORST MEAT GRINDER I HAVE EVER SEENThis AAOBOSI meat grinder is pure trash. I honestly don’t know how this thing even made it out of a factory. It does NOT grind meat — it squeezes it out like warm mashed potatoes, completely ruined texture, not a single real cut. The blade is useless, doesn’t fit, doesn’t lock, and feels like it was made out of cheap scrap metal. It went bad instantly.The attachments? Worthless. Nothing fits right, nothing works, everything feels like it was tossed in the box at random. This isn’t a machine — it’s a headache waiting to happen.This product is the definition of being ripped off by a cheap manufacturer. Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the time you’ll never get back.Do NOT buy this.Do NOT even think about buying this.Run the other direction.

A little on the loud side , but it works fantastic! I am very happy I purchased this instead of a hand grinder that would have taken me forever. Well with the extra money to get this electric grinder.

This meat grinder is really easy to use. I especially like its size; it's exactly what I needed. It's small and compact, doesn't take up much space, and is perfect for small families. This meat grinder easily grinds meat into minced meat, just like the kind sold in supermarkets. The only drawback is that it's a bit noisy when grinding meat, but this doesn't affect the grinder's normal operation at all.

I’ve been using this meat grinder for a while now and I’m really happy with it. It feels solid and powerful — it grinds meat smoothly without getting stuck. The stainless steel blades are sharp and easy to clean, which I really appreciate.I also love that it comes with different grinding plates, so I can choose the texture I want. Making homemade sausages was surprisingly simple with the attachments included.Overall, it’s a great value for the price, works exactly as described, and makes cooking at home much easier. Definitely recommend it!
