The package arrived safely without any delays or damage. Everything promised in the box was included, and the device was in perfect condition right out of the packaging.​Performance & Functionality​So far, the laptop is performing exceptionally well. All features—from the 360-degree hinge to the touchscreen and keyboard—are functioning exactly as they should. It feels snappy and reliable for daily tasks.​The Ecosystem Advantage​As a long-time Samsung user, the integration is easily my favorite part. Because I already use other Samsung devices (like my Galaxy phone and tablets), the connectivity feels incredibly fluid. Features like Quick Share and Multi Control make my workflow much more efficient; it really feels like all my devices are talking to each other.​The One Downside: Screen Reflectivity​If there is one thing that could be improved, it is the display's finish. I spent a ton of money on this laptop to be able to use for work. Everything I own is a samsung so it only makes sense to buy a samsung laptop, considering that it marries up to my phone, watch, tv, and tablet. I use extreme caution when using this laptop because it is crazy expensive and super thin. I used my laptop one night, I closed the lid and set it on the table and went to bed. When I woke up the next day, the screen was cracked. There is NO signs of visible damage. I contacted Samsung customer support and sent the laptop to them to be repaired. They contacted me and told me my warranty is VOID because there is a crack in the screen. Well that is why the laptop is there, because the screen cracked. Now they want me to pay another several hundred to replace the screen. After doing a small amount of research, it appears to be a common problem with the galaxy book screens cracking from the first generation. I guess i will live with the screen having a crack right in the middle of the screen. I am so disappointed in this laptop and Samsung. I paid almost 2 grand for the screen to crack within 3 months and Samsung wont own up to a known problem.
