Overall ImpressionAnother win from one of my favorite Amazon sellers for activewear. This RUNNING GIRL high-support sports bra checks all the boxes for comfort, support, quality, and affordability. It’s quickly become a go-to in my workout rotation, and I’m genuinely impressed with how versatile and well-made it is for the price.Comfort & FitI ordered a Size Large based on the seller’s size guide (I’m a 36B), and the fit is spot-on. The bra has a nice amount of stretch without feeling restrictive or tight. It’s comfortable enough for low-impact yoga, yet supportive enough for strength training and jogging.It offers a solid level of support while still feeling soft and comfortable on the body. It honestly just feels really good on—no digging, pinching, or constant adjusting during workouts.Support & PerformanceDespite being comfortable, this bra still delivers when it comes to support. It holds everything in place well during higher-impact movement without feeling overly compressive. It’s a great balance of support and flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of activities.Look & DesignThis sports bra is really cute. I’m not usually drawn to pinks or pastel shades, but this one is genuinely pretty and flattering. The V-neck design and molded cups give it a polished look, and the razorback straps are slightly slimmer and less bulky than many high-support bras—while still offering excellent support. It’s stylish enough that I wouldn’t mind wearing it on its own.Sewn-In Pads (Huge Plus!)I absolutely love the sewn-in pads. This feature has become a major selling point for me. I’m impressed with this sports bra in many ways, but there’s one big negative that would make me not purchase another.Pros:- True to size- Beautiful color (teal)- Sewn-in bra cups that don’t make the bra look padded but DO hide the nips and won’t need to be readjusted- X-shaped back will look good with lots of workout clothesCon:- The bra is not machine washable. If I’m going to sweat hard, I want something I can throw in the washer. I hand wash things MAYBE once a year, so that’s not going to work for me. I will probably continue washing in the washing machine on delicate until it falls apart. For what it’s worth, I did wash it in the washing machine on delicate once with other items, and it appears no worse for wear. It also did not dye the other items in the wash, even though I knew that was a possibility.

It can be hard to find a sports bra with decent support as someone who is a 34D. They're either way too tight and squeezing my ribs/chest, or they're not giving my chest enough support. This is just the perfect amount of tightness across the upper ribs, has good support without smashing the girls, and is actually comfortable AND cute. It has enough stretch/give to be able to pull it on without too much effort, but still keeps everything where I want it. I will say, I don't do high-impact workouts or sports, so I can't tell you how well it would do with that. But for moderate activity it works very well!

I stated buying this brand sports bra for my teen daughter this past summer. Her sports bras from Target were disintegrating and it was time for an upgrade. She loves this brand sports bra. She prefers the sewn in cups because they give a little extra modesty. They aren’t push up thickness, but they do give a few mms of extra padding. I like the sewn in cups them because they don’t fall out in the wash and I don’t have to stuff them back in. The size small fits her perfectly. She wears a 32C bra, 32.5” chest size, 5’8” & 125 lbs. She tells me they provide good support, but there is still some bouncing. The band is tight, not a ton of give, but it’s fits her perfectly without constricting. She’s very fit, no extra fat around the chest where a band would go, so that may make a difference in fit for some people (like me! It squeezed me too tight). She says the support is adequate for 15+ hours of dance and gymnastics a week. She finds it very comfortable to wear, also wears them to school, we do not see the cups under her clothing. I ordered this in the light pink. Color is true to the picture. Sizing for her is spot on according to their charts. Everything stays put, no movement, she’s not constantly readjusting it. It’s soft and stays soft after washing. They all wash and dry very well. I wash them several times a week and they look brand new, hold their color and shape nicely.
