Awesome unit!

I absolutely love this booster pack!I'm pretty new to these lithium battery jump boxes. Up until recently, my only experience has been with the big, heavy units that contain an AGM or gel cell (lead-acid) battery. That makes them bulky and cumbersome.Recently, I changed jobs and my new employer has one of those fancy (and spendy) Noco units -and my eyes have been opened to a whole new world! So, when the opportunity came up to grab a similar unit, I jumped (pun intended) at the opportunity.This Avapow unit delivers a Mike Tyson knockout punch. It has been able to start everything I threw it at- weak battery, dead battery, and no battery at all! And it's so compact and portable!This unit is every bit as good as the Noco that I use at work, at a significantly lower price. A very good deal.Notable points-*The display is big and bright, and probably overkill. But it tells you what you need to know.*Battery bank: seems like nearly everything you buy these days has a battery bank feature for topping up your phone or whatever- but with the monstrous capacity this unit boasts, you can ACTUALLY expect it to charge your stuff when you need it to.*Force-start: This feature is designed to override another feature of "smart" chargers and boosters. If you hook up backwards, a smart unit won't deliver power. Great! However, a smart unit will ALSO not deliver power if the target battery voltage is too low, which means that when you REALLY need that jump-start, you don't get one. No bueno. The force-start feature overrides the "smart" feature to deliver power come hell or high water, and that's a huge selling point for me, as I sometimes use booster packs to power things temporarily, without a battery- like testing a starter motor, for example. Or trailer lighting. It massively increased the usefulness of the unit- but you DO have to pay attention as it eliminates the safety features, and Darwin is always watching you. SOME booster packs to not have this feature which makes them useless to me.*Removable jumper cables: The leads on this Avapow unit connect to the box via an EC5 connector- a common connector in the RC car world, which makes them easily attainable. More on that in a moment. What that does is allow you to use the unit as a power bank without the cables getting in the way, and even more importantly, replace them! Sometimes these cables or the battery clamps will get damaged in use. Having them unplug from the unit means that you could either get a replacement set of cables from the manufacturer, OR if you're handy, buy clamps, cable, and an EC5 connector and make your own replacement- all without disassembling the unit. That's a win!The bottom line- I have NOTHING bad to say about this unit, and absolutely recommend it. I actually returned a different unit because the features on this one were way better.

Brilliant but of kit has everything you need if you are stranded on the side of the road with a very good sizeable battery showing you to jump start your car and also give your phone/laptop done juice with the peripheral slots available.Works very well to start a battery and it's very simple to set up and use all in a small compact form factorVery happy overall and would recommend

Booster reçu bien protégé et emballé dans son packaging.Le booster est assez robuste et semble être de bonne facture.Le pastique, qui compose le corps du booster, est léger mais semble assez costaud.La finition est relativement soignée, dans son ensemble.Délivre une bonne puissance en utilisation (3000A max, en pointe), ce qui permet de démarrer la plupart des cylindrées; essence ou diesel.Les pinces crocodiles sont bien finies et accrochent bien sur les plots de la batterie.La fonction "Démarrage forcé" fonctione bien, même sur batterie faible.La lampe LED, sur le côté, est puissante et offre une bonne visibilité lunineuse.L'écran est clair et permet une bonne prise en compte des informations, telles que le niveau de batterie, les codes erreurs ou encore les modes d'utilisation en cours.Le booster fait également office de batterie externe (power bank) et délivre une charge rapide allant jusqu'à 18W (USB-C); pratique pour alimenter d'autres appareils, en cas de besoin.La pochette de transport est bien finie et permet un stockage facile dans un coffre ou dans une boite à gants.Globalement, ce booster fait très bien le job.Reste à voir son comportement au fil des utilisations et des usages.Très satisfait.

Ho acquistato l’AVAPOW TJ68 per avere un avviatore sempre a portata di mano e devo dire che si è rivelato un acquisto davvero azzeccato. La potenza è impressionante: i 10000A garantiscono un avvio immediato anche con batterie molto scariche. L’ho provato sia sulla mia auto benzina sia su un furgone diesel e non ha avuto alcuna difficoltà.Il display da 4 pollici è chiaro e intuitivo, mostra tutte le informazioni utili e rende l’utilizzo molto semplice anche per chi non è esperto. Ottima anche la funzione di avvio forzato, che in un’occasione mi ha permesso di ripartire quando pensavo di dover chiamare il carro attrezzi.La costruzione è solida, il box è compatto e facile da trasportare, perfetto da tenere nel bagagliaio senza occupare troppo spazio. Anche gli accessori inclusi sono di buona qualità.In sintesi: un avviatore potente, sicuro e davvero indispensabile. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole evitare brutte sorprese e avere sempre una soluzione immediata in caso di batteria scarica.

This is an awesome jump starter! My truck battery would not turn the engine over, I hooked the Avapow to the battery and it started right up. Plenty of power!
