If you're looking to purchase a lift I would not recommend this one. Ive been trying to get something resolved with these people and the only response I get is basically nothing..the wheels on the lift i received cont not be mounted during to the factory they did not drill the holes all the way through and the lifts are extremely heavy to move next to impossible. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for a solution and they are refusing to do anything about it. There is no phone number to call it's strictly email..I've seen where people have praised there communication and help,I do not believe it because I can't seem to get anything done whatsoever $1,300 is alot of money to spend to get no answer nor any solution..the only reason I gave 1 star is so I could write this review..take my advice and do not purchase because if any problems you have it will not be resolved

Works well but had to fix a leak

Leaking reservoir or pump or seal between, cant tell yet, but even the spill containment is not sealed at all, im going to see what the supplier can do as a fix, this is very annoying but they should have replacement seals available as this seems to be more common than it should be, QA is very questionable with this product.Update, the leak was from the drain plug it was snug but needed to be tightened more, they use a rubber bonded washer which seems fine. Overall the lift seems to work well and i got it operating in sync pretty easily.

The lift works as intended. I still haven't used the extended rail or the SUV mounts. From the few times i have used it its a solid build. It doesn't flex at all, like my old quick jack. However, the rails are heavy as hell; the wheels are crap; and there's no way to purge the system off air. The wheels i was able to 3d print with no issues and way more sturdy than the ones included. The trapped air would make the a car lift un evenly, and the manual doesn't have any instructions on how to do that. Everything does come greased but i found some of the sliders to be pretty dry so i brushed some tacky grease of them and it helped make everything drop smoother. Overall i would give this a 7/10. The quick jack is still a more polished system, but this one is has more features. On hindsight, i would have gotten the 7000 one better.

Ramps are a little heavy to move but manageable. Solid and sturdy though so I accept that weight. Works great

When I received my car lift from VEVOR, the pump didn't work properly. I contacted VEVOR and they told me not to worry they would take care of it. Not only did they ease my concerns about a replacement, they kept me abreast about the status of the process. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they sent me a whole new lift! AWESOME customer service and loyalty! I'm a customer for life.

This damn lift has been the best garage purchase ever!!!! I love my lift and it has helped so much when working on my cars! It can handle the stress and the stays up in the air. I have left it with a car on it for about 2 weeks with no leaks, and no signs of lowering. It’s super easy to use and is very straightforward to setup! It’s super heavy though so be prepared to have help if you’re not able to lift heavy weights. It’s very sturdy in design and simple. Honestly really enjoy having it in my garage!
