Worst tasting pre workout I’ve ever had. Like drinking battery acid. And honestly I feel very little pump or vascularity let alone any neuro tropic mood enhancement. My rec is to just buy the original Nitraflex. This is trying to do too much and as a result does very little for my workouts.

I don't know why, but this stuff in particular gives me a great pump and some extra reps. About mid workout if I'm doing triceps I need to do a quick set of biceps because the pump is so hard it feels weird on only one side. This is about the best price you'll get for that feeling. Start at a half scoop to test tolerance. When I wasn't used to it I got some jitters and anxiety. 35 M 225lbs lifting on and off for about 10 years now. 🤙🏻

Náuseas

Necesitaré algo más fuerte, no siento energía explosiva ..soy una persona normal que trabaja un turno de 8 hrs, con entrenamiento de una hora aprox y siento yo que está muy ligero, me han dado un poco de náuseas :x ..pero solo eso, a pesar de que tiene buen sabor, no se disuelve con la creatina como otros.. punto menos en fin… no lo volveré a comprar
