I'm taking Super Sports on the recommendation of former professional reknown bodybuilder Frank Zane who speaks extremely highly of it. Just read Dr. Brice Vickery's info on protein at super nutrient corp and you'll realize that amino acid supplementation is more important than vitamins, minerals & fatty acids. He says "There's air, water and protein. All else falls after those." Dr. David Gersten also has very educational info on amino acids on his website. Just google him and also google Dr. Priscilla Slagel, who sells Super Sports on her website.

This stuff is amazing! Both my husband and I have been taking this for about a year and we both have achieved amazing results. Not only have we lost body fat but the muscle mass has grown very quickly. Will definitely continue to use. Highly recommended!

They won't tell you how much of each amino acid is in each serving. It's "proprietary information". Other companies are willing to give you a breakdown. Makes it easier to reach your desired dosages goals.
