As a certified massage therapist, I find the Core Nexus an exceptional tool for releasing tension in the iliopsoas. This muscle group is often challenging and time-consuming to manipulate, but the Core Nexus can be easily positioned and rotated to provide effective self-release.

A few years ago, I was dealing with some pretty brutal lower back pain and sciatica. It got so bad that I was basically stuck in bed for almost a year. It took a toll on everything—my marriage, my day-to-day life, you name it. Weekends with my wife turned into me lying on my back, unable to move around or do much of anything.
I went through the usual rounds with doctors, I was going to avoid surgery no matter what.
I'd heard too many horror stories about surgeries not helping or even making things worse. I tried spinal injections and heavy-duty meds, but they didn't do anything for me either. I was pretty desperate to find a solution that didn't involve going under the knife.
So I started doing my own research and tried out a bunch of tools that were supposed to help with the psoas and iliacus muscles. They helped, but none were as effective as I'd hoped.
Plus, I had to juggle two or three different devices to get any relief, which was a hassle.
That's when it hit me: I should design something better for myself. I spent over a year and a half developing the tool, optimizing designs, testing them out, and refining the concept. The result is the Core Nexus. A psoas and iliacus release tool that combines the functions of multiple devices into one compact, effective, time saving solution.
Creating and using the Core Nexus regularly was a turning point for me. I felt more active and engaged in my daily life and started enjoying weekends again with active outdoor activities.
I figured if this tool could help me, it might help others going through the same struggle or know they need a great release tool and all-in-one massage tool. So I worked hard to make it available to everyone.
If you're looking for a way to address muscle tension and discomfort or support overall comfort and mobility, give the Core Nexus a try. It's been an invaluable tool in my own experience.
Respectfully,
Bryan
