Excellent flavor, with just the right amount of sweet with fairly mild spice. I saw on a Guga video that Uncle Roger uses it mixed with mayo on hamburgers. I tried it and it indeed is amazing. Great value for the money because a little goes a long way. The use of apple cider vinegar makes it smell so good.

I randomly found this sauce on Amazon, decided to give it a try, and I'm loving it. The spicy kick with a hint of sweet and sour totally whets the appetite, giving it a cool edge compared to other hot sauces I've had. It's a perfect match, especially with salads or seafood

Personally, I love love this sauce. It's super tasty on beef, chicken wings, scrambled eggs, just about anything! And I love that it's sweetened with allulose.That said, I sent a bottle to a friend... and tonight he was picked up by ambulance upon having a shellfish allergic reaction.The ingredients label says the fish sauce contains anchovies and sea salt; however, cross-contamination is a risk if the facility making the fish sauce also makes shellfish products.

This is great gochujang sauce. It's more of a condiment than traditional gochujang. Think combo of gochujang but with less sugar, a splash of fish sauce, and a heavier splash of vinegar.The taste is great - tangy, spicy, not sweet but still rich and complex. I love that they use allulose instead of sugar, and there is no rice powder in this meaning lower glycemic index.I don't think it's a traditional fermented gochujang, since there is no rice, but it tastes quite healthy and works great as a replacement. I actually like the taste more, but there is almost no sweetness.Overall - if you're looking for a healthier vinegar-based gochujang, this is a great choice. The flavor profile is really a bit closer to sriracha than typical gochujang, but it's very good.
