Has a lovely flavor adds nutrition and great to put in ramen noodle soup. But I buy a low carb high protein very high fiber type of ramen it's expensive but it's worth it at least I can have it and this really jacks up the flavor and nutrition this is the best price of anyone I could find for the dehydrated soup greens

This is actually dehydrated vegetables. Not some veggies with a lot of parsley. It is great in soup, casseroles and anything you want to add veggies to. Great flavor.
