I am very impressed with Miss Olives Vegetarian Meals. I am not a Vegetarian, but I do have to watch my sodium intake and most of Miss Olives meals contain less than other, shelf ready meals I've seen, or tried, and they taste good too. I've been eating them for about a year and I've enjoyed them all. I have eaten a number of other brands over the years, but once I had to reduce my sodium intake, I had to find another source, and Miss Olives Meals have become a favorite.

Great, tasty meals. Basically, MREs you can pop into the microwave. Good choices for survival shelf. I have ordered twice and intend to order again because none are left on the shelf -- I keep eating them!

I loved every one of these. They can be kept at room temperature and don’t have to be put in the freezer and they’re great if you have to travel somewhere, they are nutritious and low calorie with great flavor.
