These help Weight Watchers members. One point instead of the three for the regular Carnation Breakfasts with the same nutrients. I've never been able to find these in stores.

I’m in my late 70’s & have used this product for years - always loved it- always had good taste !But as I’ve gotten older & limited in my phys abilities & no longer drive I was happy to discover the pre-made liq in “light” (only 150 calorie,3 sugar, 13 protein)— this solved the problem for me of running out of milk to mix the powder & the issue of having to chase some one to the store for me for the milk !A real bonus is — BOTH the powdered & the pre-made liq are GREAT TASTE .HOWEVER - so glad I stumbled on to the “LIGHT” pre-made liquid — at this stage of my life it “fits the bill” much better !
