These are actually pretty good. There is a slight fizz so you think you're having a soda. Protein/calorie ratio is pretty good. Only gave 4 stars because there is a slight synthetic aftertaste.

These things taste great!!!! protein, no sugar, no caffeine....only 100 calories. These things are better than trying to power through the same old chalky tasting protein shakes.

WAY too sweet and artificial tasting. The whole family tried it and was grossed out - even the kid who puts 2 stevia and 1/4c of creamer in her coffee every morning said it was ewww.

I definitely have bad days with appetite and don't get enough protein after working out but this definitely helps and even stimulates my appetite once I chug this halfway. It is definitely easy to chug but the flavor makes this actually enjoyable especially ice cold after a workout. I would not say this necessarily hydrates me but it doesn't dehydrate me and is refreshing. I love that it doesn't have the milky texture and taste of the average protein drinks since milk is the last thing I want when I lack an appetite and definitely not after a workout. Overall this isn't bad but the price is a little high for the servings you get compared to average powder options but it is a great alternative for those who need it or just a treat every now and then for easier protein intake.
