I love my Made In griddle and other blue steel pans but this ceramic coated one is the least durable non stick pan I have ever used. I own all clad, Caraway ceramic, Greenpan, and Hexclad and they are all significantly more scratch resistant. This one scratched after one or two uses. I’m sure someone stacked it with my other pans or might have dropped a metal spoon in it while it was in the sink but we generally don’t abuse our pans and the others have survived for several years in these conditions

Love the color and most importantly how easy they are to clean. Eggs wash off in seconds. But they chip very easily. You must use rubber or wood utensils. Don’t even think about touching metal to these pans. And even with a rubber spatula you will get nicks here and there. You can’t stack this pan without protection. Probably need to replace every couple years. Not sure I will purchase again. I love the pan but not for the price considering they are difficult to maintain.

The 8” pan ceramic coating had chipped off. Disappointed. I’ve been using Made in ever since they started. I’ve have both the stainless steel and pro coat non stick , both good quality . Been in the restaurant business for 35 years , a first for me to see quality pans chipped this way

⸻I ordered a few items directly from the Made In website during their Black Friday sale. They arrived about three weeks later, which was understandable given the holiday season. However, when I realized the pot and pan sizes were too large, it was difficult to get timely support, and by the time I heard back, the promotion had ended and exchanges were no longer practical.I later purchased the same pan through Amazon, and the shipping was fast. The pan performed well at first, but after about a week I noticed some discoloration and a small chip on the bottom, which seemed like a possible manufacturing defect rather than normal wear. I reached out to the Made In team through Amazon, shared a few photos, and they were incredibly responsive and professional. They quickly approved a replacement and had it sent out within two days.I really appreciate how smoothly and fairly the Amazon support team handled this. Big shout-out to the Made In team on Amazon for their excellent customer service and understanding. My experience with customer service on the main website, however, was much slower and not nearly as smooth.
