Purchased this for my 73 yr old Mom, who can easily lift this while she is cooking. Non-stick works great with eggs and has room to cook 2 large eggs for her breakfast and room for 2nd breakfast items. Easy for her to clean.

We have a Cuisinart pot and pan set that we've had for years. It's not a FusionPlus set, but we wanted to add a pan like this one and decided to get it anyway. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Other than the handle being slightly different, it goes well with the stainless steel Cuisinart set we already have.The pan is double handled and comes with a lid. It's good quality and is durable. We haven't had any issues with sticking or burning to the pan and you can use it to cook up anything. It's very versatile and I really like it. It may seem steep price wise, but it's a good value for the money. We're really happy with it and I would recommend.

My new favorite pan! Be careful - it gets hot fast, but it is a phenomenal pan and a great addition to my kitchen. It's heavy duty and cooks very evenly. It is a heavy pan that will last for years to come. You also don't need to use as much butter or oil - nothing sticks to the pan. Very easy to clean. Extremely pleased.

I purchased this non stick pan and it's been a pain to clean every time. I don't understand when even using a little oil or more oil everything sticks.Pan develops a sticky film on it. I use Dawn and wash it by hand but have to wash it several times to remove oily residue from the non-stick pan.No other non-stick pan I have does this. It's too late to return the pan to the manufacturer.My other stainless steel pots I purchased from same company are amazingDisappointed Fusion Plus ... Translation=everything will Fuse to pan.Difficult to clean and everything sticks

I bought these two Cuisinart pans (the 12” griddle & the 10” frypan) for my husband as he does all the cooking. He had purchased some pans at a retail store and I immediately returned them and bought these that were twice as expensive, but we will have these pans for years to come.The non stick surface is the best I’ve seen. Just a drop of oil or butter and nothing sticks! The pattern on the non stick surface is really elegant. If you look closely, the pattern is slightly raised which prevents scratching; but I still use a wooden or silicone spatula.This is an addition to other cuisinart pans we’ve owned for 20+ years. IMO, there is no better brand on the market.Husband is very happy.
