I bought this watch about 7 months ago. I noticed that when I woke up in the morning to put it on, the time was several hours off. I have had mechanical watches before, and ususally they remain accurate unless you haven't worn the watch for several days. I went online and submitted a warranty claim (for which they charged me $30). I printed off the return receipt and mailed it via UPS to the given address in Brooklyn. After a week of no updates, I went online to check the delivery status. The address of the "repair facility" in Brooklyn appears to be an abandoned warehouse. You can see in Google Maps there is a "Alexander Watch" company with the same address and the same voice on the voicemail. I called that number, no luck. So basically, I now have wasted $50 (because I also had to pay for UPS shipping) and all I wound up with is the watch back in my possession...still broken. Very disappointing experience.

This watch was on sale and I am glad I decided to try it. I have received many compliments and the watch runs great.

The media could not be loaded. El reloj es excelente, la calidad es alta, los acabados de la correa son muy buenos, la calidad del empaque es muy buena, un artículo muy elegante, este es mi segundo reloj de esta marca, con el primero tengo poco más de 2 años y no e tenido problemas.En definitivo recomendado!
