In the beginning, the cameras started messing up... So the company sent me new ones .. now my DVR has been acting up, couldn't access anything because it wouldn't let me put in the password.. Now I can't get it to connect to my internet... And after numerous times of emailing the company to send me a new DVR I'm still in same situation. They told me in the beginning, everything was under warranty, and would replace the DVR if it messed up, up to a year. So I'm waiting...UPDATE** They now will not reply back and I've ask for replacement DVR because this one would not connect to internet and then just stopped working a few weeks ago... Customer service is awful!!
