Haifuan, Bluetooth digital lock I have not figured out how to program this lock yet. Very confusing to me and my husband. I just use the metal key provided with the lock. Directions are hard to follow. When I tried to program the lock it kept giving me a message saying unable to program and some error code. So I tried over and over to no avail. I was unsuccessful. I will maybe try later then return if I can't figure it out. Otherwise, good quality and pretty easy to install. It is the programming that is no good.

I ordered this product and it did work awesome for the first year. However the keypad was slow to turn on to put the code in. It just stopped working altogether recently. Changed the batteries and nothing. So changed them again to to be sure and still nothing. So ultimately works for a year and then dies.

We installed the door handle but had difficulty programming the electric fobs that came with it. We removed the lock so that we could put the old one back on the door and lock the house. The digital lock began falling apart, starting with a small pin that hold the handles together. Not knowing this very small piece had fallen out, we reinstalled the digital lock, which broke another tiny part and then the handles went limp. Unfortunately I cannot return the lock because it's past the return date. I don't like writing bad reviews but I can't endorse this product and I'm out a lot of money.

this lock stopped working proper after half a year the screw to tighten the handle keeps coming loose and it doesn't always open properly anymore. worked great when we first got it. this company also doesn't respond to messages. the number pad is also wearing out after only a year of use.

This is a solid, secure, stout lock. Extremely easy to install, especially if you are replacing an existing lockset - just one ½" hole to drill. There were two very minor things I noticed about the machining/fabrication that could use some refining, but not deal-breakers at all.First, there are three screws that connect that inside plate to the outside plate. the alignment of the predrilled holes was not precise so I had to be very careful not to cross-thread the top screw. I had to loosen the bottom 2 screws first then apply some force to straighten the top screw as I threaded it in.Second, the battery case is a snug fit for the 4 AA batteries (not included), and one of the batteries was not making contact with the positive terminal so initially the lock would not power up. I actually thought I had a defective unit until I took a very close look at the batteries and noticed the tiny gap. Ater sliding the battery up to make contact the lock fired right up.The app that allows you to control access and create codes is legit. So simple, it just does what it is supposed to and looks to be well thought out. These guys know what they are doing, I'll be buying several more of their locks to use on our Airbnb.

It is pretty heavy-duty. A little confusion about the setup but I have it now hook to hub and it is working with Alexa, open and closing. I would buy another one.
