Ideal for the DIY property owner, the MM572W comes equipped with detailed instructions, online how-to videos & unlimited access to 24 hour technical support. Perfect for all dual gate types including ornamental, chain link, tube, panel, vinyl and wood. All components required for operation are included in the MM572 kit. Available in 10, 20 and 30 watt solar packages. Backed by an 18 month Mighty Mule Warranty and Technical Support. The MMS100 Wireless Connectivity Kit is sold separately, and allows gate control from anywhere using your smart phone. The MMS100 can be installed on gates as far as 1/2 mile from your home. I bought the product June 15th and installed it June 29th. Yesterday on Aug 8 the gate arm came apart and I contacted seller about warranty and they said they would not do anything about it due to warranty ran out July 24th. Crappy product and only used it a hand full of times on the weekends. Wouldn’t buy anything from this seller again!!

I was disappointed that this gate is not really for any form of security. You can easily pry it open. That also messes up the operation. I wasted my money.
