I would start by saying the computer itself seems to be working properly. However, the dual monitors are the issue, on initial receipt one (the second pic) did not work, contacted the seller, they gave me a slight run-around saying they were not the seller, after a couple email exchanges they sent a replacement monitor. This one arrived and when removed from the box it looked a small chip in the upper left corner of the monitor, when plugged in it also was not working ((first pic) have reached out to the seller again. It has been 11 days and no additional information or response concerning the second bad monitor. SO even thought the computer works, I would like to have two working monitors since I paid for the package that included dual monitors.

These computers are great fast responsive and worth every penny.There was a screw up with one monitor and Mike took care of everything.They responded fast and you will not find a better deal.

Purchased over a year ago. Still working great. Very reasonable in pricing. Looking at setting same system for home office. This is in my workspace at office..Very satisfied.

I bought this system back in 12/2024 and it's working fine. The only and biggest issue with it is the processor and TPM (has 1.2 not 2.0 or greater) isn't compatible with Windows 11 and my system won't upgrade. Microsoft is no longer going to support Windows 10 sometime in Oct 2025. This means this system cannot update anymore and will pretty much be useless at some point. I don't know why the description says it has Windows 11 when it still has the processor and TPM that isn't compatible. I wanted to let anyone else know who might be considering buying this computer about this issue. I've sent messages to the selling asking about this and I haven't gotten a reply back. Probably not going to and will be out my money for buying this system plus the warranty that's good for 2 years. Kind of pointless to have that warranty now if it won't work with Windows 10 pretty soon.

I finally received my order from STG Co. & I must say so far so good & I'm definitely satisfied. It was packaged good, processor looks practically new, windows 11 pro updated, & the monitors look new! I had to reach back to get info on how to use monitors individually and they messaged me right back. 👍🏿👍🏿
