This was my worst purchase experience! I purchased this laptop and when it arrived it didn’t work! I could never get it to power on. I returned the laptop that I could never power on and the vendor only refunded me half my money! Outrageous! How nice for you to make money lending it damaged products!! Don’t purchase from this vendor if you want a quality laptop or to be treated fairly!

I love this computer! I recently purchased a Lenovo Chromebook and while I love it -- and it's small and easy to take places, I needed a PC that I could download Microsoft based apps on for my longarm quilting business. This one is hitting all of the marks. It's fast --I love the touchscreen and I have my business all in one spot. I bought this one because it comes with lifetime access to Microsoft Word and I needed that for my business. It's definitely a great value.

Pretty solid option for using at home, it boots up pretty fast if you leave the fast startup option on, the screen looks great and so far the transfer of files between my iphone and the pc has issues connecting but when it works is pretty good, still lags behing my 3 year old macbook air m2 but it does a very good job, I use it for all the web places in my country where there is not support for safari and the Mac Os enviroment. I wish it had a fingerprint reader of face recognition. I don't own usb A of sd card type of devices no more so I can't comment on the speed of those ports, but as downside it only has one usb c port and it does not charge the laptop. Also I'm having some issues with my wifi network when I move around my house It doesn't switch to the strongest signal but instead keeps connected to the main router so the signal shows as weak. Battery is more than I was expecting from a windows laptop I'm getting around 6 to 8 hours of web browsing, Youtube watching and office suite kind of work. the Size is in the middle range. Keyboard is very well made and responsive and you get the whole num pad, but the trackpad is a bitt off when it comes to drag and drop and selecting text. I already own an Office subscription so don't know about that lifetime for the web offer that came with this computer.

This Lenovo touchscreen laptop is everything you need! I'm currently using it to complete my master's degree, and it's been perfect so far. The functionality is exceptional, and its lightweight design makes it easy to take on the go. It's impressively fast, allowing me to work efficiently without interruptions. The size is ideal for carrying, and it presents a professional look with a stunning color. I couldn't ask for a better device!

Laptop would not boot up and showed an error screen. I would like to have a functioning laptop of this same model, but Amazon will only refund not replace it. The current price is much higher than the sale price I bought the original laptop for.
