INFECTED! Computer arrived loaded with viruses that Windows Security found but was unable to delete. Solutions provided by Amazon Support did not work. Even Resetting the computer was disabled by the viruses. BEWARE!

Can't Access BIOS since it is password protected and Amazon does not give me a way to contact seller in order to get the password. Otherwise it's working fine but I can see this being a problem in the future that could be solved very easily if the seller would bother sending me a message or calling me. If that were the case and he resolved this issue I would change to five stars

🚨🚨stay away from this seller🚨🚨This is a defective laptop. The charging is not working properly, Charger stops charging again and again. Very disappointing. It appears the laptop was previously returned, as Wi-Fi details from the last user were still stored. Since this is a refurbished item, everything should have been properly checked and reset before resale. Not satisfied with this purchase.I was return on January 2nd still waiting for my money return shows delay.🚨🚨 stay away from this seller.🚨🚨

I CANNOT believe they actually sold me the same if not brother laptop LOADED with viruses. I saw the other review, just figured it was a one-off. Clearly not. Will try and reformat it but from the sound of things it's embedded in the motherboard. Have not yet seen one, so this will be interesting if it persists after.UPDATEFlashed the latest BIOS as it was several years old. There was a hidden partition that was all nuked for a fresh install. Seems fine now. Lucky I've been working on computers for over 3 decades. I do NOT blame anyone for sending it back. The virus was very invasive and most people say it's unrecoverable - but only your files. Thankfully as a new machine this qualified for a safe nuke.Shame on Amazon - as you are listed as the seller.
