I had to return the item because the charging port or entrance was not working i had to take off and put on the battery back to back to see whats going on and after a couple of tries i managed to be able to charge, but when the psp turned on the graphics seemed like android graphics it was not how the psp usually looks also the screen was pretty scratched you cant really see it unless you put it to the light i just didnt like it at all specially for the price it was a rip off this items in this conditions should be going for 40$-80$ no more then that.

The media could not be loaded. Do not recommend that anyone purchase this. I purchased the item, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. Right out of the box, the device failed to work as expected. It would not connect to the WiFi probably because it seems a button was jammed. To make matters worse it was in horrible condition despite the description being labeled as very good. It did not come factory reset so I had to erase other people’s information. Horrible purchase and returning asap!

One thing that upset me is that the product description says it comes with two batteries, but it only came with one. Other than that, the system was in decent condition. Everything works, and the shell doesn't have any serious dents or scratches. The screen has a yellow tint to it, and the circle button doesn't have the same resistance as the other buttons, but that's expected from a used system. The system came with some dust in the creases that I had to clean using a brush.

The psp came in amazing condition! Especially for 150$! Where other places charge upwards to 250 for a device! The quality is great, and it charges! You will need the supported SD card for it though! Be sure to upgrade the software! Great condition basically pristine! Love it!

The PSP works great, but there was hardware missing. The description states that this comes with "Two Batteries for extended play sessions. Comes bundled with AC Adapter and USA Charging Cable." There was only one battery and the AC adapter was not included.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this warranted one so future buyers can know what they are getting into. This item was knowingly bought "refurbished" which to me means used, but functional. It was not functional when it arrived for a variety of reasons. I initially thought it would not charge because the battery door was so loose it would fall off for no reason whatsoever but it ended up being more than that. The battery that was in the unit was very badly bulged and the door would not have stayed on no matter what due to the pressure it put on it. I also discovered the charge port is worn out so that even with a good battery, it will never charge from the charge port. It will charge from a USB connection, but the unit has to turned on for that to work, so out of the box that was not an option. Cosmetically it was in good condition, but I would have preferred some blemishes to getting a unit with power/battery issues that made it unusable without buying a bunch of extra stuff. Apparently this is so common a little card was included telling you to contact them directly in the event that happens, but the chat bot I was directed to was very limited, and resulted in me initiating a return. When I requested a return a label was not made available to me right away, that took several days, and when I did receive one, I was responsible for paying shipping. I ended up deciding to keep the unit because the return process gave me a bad feeling about actually getting a refund. In the end I had to purchase replacement batteries, a replacement battery door, an external battery charger, and a replacement charge port that will require me to take the unit apart and perform surgery on it if I ever want to charge the unit from the included aftermarket charger. Do not buy one of these if you aren't willing to buy some extra parts and possibly disassemble the PSP. On a side note, a lot of the aftermarket parts I ordered for the PSP (from different sellers) were also defective or of very poor quality. If you're going to dive into the world of retro PSP gaming, be prepared for a lot of false starts and headaches. It was a very Ali Express experience all around. Not what I would expect from Amazon.
