When I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that the remote was like one you would find in a cheap hotel. It was sticky and even had crumbs in some of the buttons. The power cord had a bent prong. Poor for the price of $79. The rest looked new. I was expecting to return it, but hooked it up to give it a chance. Setup was super easy and it all works fine. I does exactly what I wanted which is to have better functionally over the Samsung remote when watching sports. So, oh well, I cleaned off the nasty remote and I guess it will do.

I'm pleased with the AT&T Osprey 4K wireless streaming player. Our condo association switched from Spectrum Cable to DirecTV Streaming service and I was able to purchase several of these AT&T boxes to utilize the DirecTV streaming account from our condo on multiple TVs at our main residence as well... that allowed me to cancel my DirecTV Satellite service at home, which saves us $120/month. I highly recommend this box if you want to view DirecTV Streaming service on multiple TVs in 2 different homes (under one DirecTV Streaming account which saves us over $1,400/year). Works great and completely satisfied with these AT&T Osprey boxes!

Switch from directv satelite to their stream service. Saving over $100/mo after buying 3 of these devices. This is so much better than trying to use a Roku. Having a full remote control makes all the difference in the world.

Works just like one from Direct TV, except no indentation on back to know where center ok button is I n dark. I use this on bedroom at might on dark.

used the fast forward, fast rewine, to programm the remote, go to setting ,when the tv is up and running, change the time zone if u have to, also go to settings there is a update thks to the vendor and Amazon
