I love this scanner. This is the 3rd one we have purchased for our office to sit on employee desks. Easy to hook up!

Love love love this thing! I used one on a work trip and immediately ordered one for my cubicle when I got back to the office. Super fast, efficient, compact, and very easy to edit documents in the application.

The hardware is great, similar of what to expect from other leading brand high speed bulk scanner units. The software experience is awful. After installation of the full software suite, by default, the scanning button does nothing. The scanning tool is far from straight forward of how to configure the scanner button to work, the windows scanner configuration panel doesn't quite do the job either. When you DO manage to get the scanner button to work, it takes a good 10+ seconds to respond and begin scanning even on a decent recent spec computer using a USB SS / USB 3.0 interface. When opening the scanner software, it takes forever to load even on this high spec computer. Remember how long it took for photoshop to load in 2004? It takes longer than that. I am not impressed at all. The poor software experience makes it a deal breaker and it will be returned.

100 DPI IS VERY NECESSARY

Very good product, only one mistake is 100 dpi scaning is very necessary for official use, but 75 , 150 , 200 and others dpi only

When it connects to my computer it works fine however takes a while to connect properly so as to ensure the computer picks up the scanner in terms of connectivity.

This scans great, is fairly fast, and the images are really clear. The only problem I have run into is that if I haven't used it for a bit, it turns itself off. That wouldn't be a problem if it didn't also stop working when I turn it back on. The scan app says the computer can't find the scanner. Then I have to restart my computer to get it to work again. It's annoying and time consuming. Also, I didn't notice before I purchased this, but it is not wireless.
