Missing cuff link

Clip is slightly smaller than I expected but quality seems really good. However I only received one cuff link and Amazon only gives me the option to return it all. Would be a five star item if I had the whole order. I mostly just ordered it because of the clip but I did pay a little extra to get the matching cufflinks. No one has reached out from customer service.
