It does not come with a kit to fill with the ashes. Other than that, the necklace is very nice. Seems strong and sturdy. Delivered fast. Packaged well in a gift box.

I got this for my Dad to hold moms ashes in. Her urn will be buried in a spot at Arlington national cemetery in a plot designated for my Dad when his time comes. He hand picked an urn with the American flag on it, so this will be a perfect keepsake for him until they are together again.

It's held up well so far when carrying my dad's ashes in it.My only complaint is that, if I'm wearing it through airport security, TSA will always stop me for additional screening because they see a "bullet." Which isn't the maker's fault at all, TSA is just doing their jobs.

I also purchased the Army Military Tribute Ammo Can Cremation Urn for Veterans Ashes, so this is a great complimentary piece that can be worn in honor of your fallen family member that served in the United States Military.
