I am having serious issues with this PC — it is freezing nonstop, even though I only use it for working from home. I do not use it for gaming or heavy tasks, and my internet connection is strong, so the problem is definitely not Wi-Fi related.I have not been able to get the issue resolved by troubleshooting or support. In addition, the delivery box indicated that it came from a return center, which makes me believe that I am not the only one who experienced problems with this unit.They don't replace this PC!

This is a fantastic all-in-one desktop for home users, students, and remote workers who want strong performance, clean aesthetics, and simple setup. It’s not meant for gaming or 4K video editing, but for everything else, it’s a reliable and attractive machine. I've had an older version of this for years now and it works great but I wanted an upgrade and this one fits the bill!
