This USB/Type C Wireless Adapter is amazing in terms of helping us repurpose and save a bit on controllers. We've invested heavily into the PS5 ecosystems as to game controllers, and getting a Nintendo Switch recently for my son who was asking about it, I didn't want to buy a whole bunch of Nintendo Pro controllers. This Wireless Adapter has the handshake protocol to allow us to just plug it in the dock USB, hold down the button to be in pairing mode, and put our PS5 controllers in pairing mode to connect. Just go to the Switch's System Settings, select Controllers and Sensors, and enable Pro Controller Wired Communication first, which is required for any wireless controller setup on the Switch including the official controller. So being able to reduce the number of controllers I need to spend extra money on is appreciated. As a competitor to the 8bitDo Wireless Adapter, this offers a better value as it comes with two dongles. It has both a traditional USB side and a USB C side. Highly recommended and I'm going to look forward to using the other dongle on my gaming laptop and other devices.

After multiple attempts on every Xbox controller I have, I was not able to get this device to pair with my laptop. The device would only flash blue when in the laptop, it would never light up when plugged into the controller.

This adapter allows you to connect several controllers including PS3/4/5, Xbox One/Series and Switch 1 Pro to other systems including PC, PS4/5 and Switch 1.I tried this adapter first using an Xbox One controller connecting to Switch 1. Worked perfectly. My next unholy combo was connecting a Switch 1 Pro Controller to my PlayStation 5. Also worked perfectly. Eventually I would like to try one of the compatible controllers on my PC.The adapters are nice as they have USB-A on one end and USB-C on the other for greater compatibility. There are caps on each end for when you aren’t using it.The package included two adapters which is a really great value.Overall a decent product that lets you use controllers on systems they weren’t designed for. A little disappointed this thing doesn’t allow me to connect a PS5 controller to my Xbox One or Series X but the product never claimed this compatibility so that’s a me problem.

I tried this wireless USB adapter for game controllers hoping to use it with my Xbox controller, but it did not work at all with that device. I followed all the setup steps and tried multiple times, but the adapter never recognized the controller, which was really frustrating since that was the main purpose I bought it for. It did seem to connect with a different controller I tested, but since it failed with the Xbox controller, it was basically useless for my needs. The build feels okay and it was easy to plug in, but performance is what matters most and it just did not deliver. For the price, I think it is a bad deal given that it did not work with the controller I needed it for.

The hardware of this wireless adapter is well made, with dual receivers and flexible USB connections. Setup instructions are straightforward and helpful. However, the adapter does not pair with Xbox One controllers as advertised, so anyone buying it specifically for that will be disappointed. If you have a supported controller, it should function properly. C- works, but not as advertised

I tested this wireless adapter with my PS5 controller and had no trouble pairing or using it. The connection was quick and stable. On my PC, the controller was recognized as an Xbox controller, which seems to be expected behavior for many adapters like this.I checked the button mapping and stick sensitivity on several gamepad test sites and through Windows’ built-in tester (joy.cpl), and everything looked accurate and responsive.Overall, this is a simple and effective way to expand the versatility of a PS5 controller for PC use. It works exactly as described and provides a smooth, reliable experience. (Note: if you want to reconnect your controller back to your PS5, simply plug it into the PS5 with a USB-C cable and press the PS button to automatically re-pair.)
