I've gotten a few different sets of these, and for some reason the copper finish always seems to be messed up. But not this set! The finish is perfect on every single one of these tie clips. They are really attractive looking clips. I love the variety of colors. The spring clip seems sturdy. They are very simple to use and up your style for sure.

These tie clips are great. Good value for your money, good variation of colors. They're a good size for medium - large ties, and with the assortment of colors, should be able to fit any tie/shirt/suit combo. They have a spring-loaded pincher that keeps them secure, and they work very well. They're made of pretty solid material, so I haven't had any issues with them, and I wouldn't expect them to bend or get damaged.

Not sure if I received a returned item but this did not seem to be a new product. One of the bars was significantly tarnished (on both sides) and previously handled. These tie clips have a mirror finish to them so it was hard to get a picture of the tarnishing while avoiding the reflection. Just know that it is much more severe in person.I got these clips to use in place of binder clips for keeping my sketchbook open (which I have found tie clips are a good substitute for), to that end they work well. As for their original purpose, I am not sure. They "work" in that they will clip your tie but they look much nicer in the product photos than they do in real life. The overt shininess of the product is more distracting than sophisticated. The little leather card they come with is kind of cool?I wouldn't recommend these as a gift since you might get them in poor condition like I did. Upon closer inspection there was also some chipping on a few of the clips. Lastly the box has a little insert for something that is clearly not included , which also makes it bad for gift-giving since it would make it look like you took something out.

Wearing a 3 or 4 piece suite 4 days a week, there comes a point where you realize your tie is in the way. I have pretty much every shade of gray, blue, brown and of course black, so I needed to find something that could cover it all. I saw this set had a great variety of colors and you can't beat the selection of tie clips you get. They aren't to thick and the quality seems to be pretty good so far. So if you want to do a one and done, this tie clip set is a good value for the money.

These are much nicer in person than I anticipated from seeing them online. Nice glossy finish. The blue in particular is a great color, and unique (have not seen elsewhere). My husband was so excited when we opened these. His exact words- "Oh wow these are so cool and every color I could want!" Strong clips, seem well made. So, why only 4 stars? The copper one is defective. It has mars and what look like fingerprint smudges in the finish, except they will NOT buff out, they are permanent, so that one is not usable. Still a good set of 5 colors for us then, and I would recommend. Had I purchased this, I would simply arrange for an exchange.

Fairly decent tie clips. They provide a good variety, although I do find that the gold/copper looking one seems to have a bit of discoloration to it. They don't look nearly as polished as the set pictured, but I'm really not all that concerned with it considering the price. Springs all work well and I haven't had any break on me yet. Definitely worth a try.

Nice high quality tie clips. The colors are nice and they have a nice finish to them. They also come with a nice leatherette case to store them in. The clip mechanism is very nice. It's not your standard tie clip. I got the 4 color option black, sliver, gold, and blue.
